I got my Mac a few months ago and I am loving it.  I took a moment to make a screencast of my favorite Mac OS X productivity tips.

One thing I don't like about Terminal (in Leopard) vs iTerm is that selections do not automatically go to the clipboard.

iTerm supported it because it was a productivity thing from UNIX-land, but Terminal adheres to Apple's traditional cut/paste standards.

You can also view the desktop by hitting F11. Then to move a file, just drag it over the Macintosh HD icon and a finder window will open.

Thanks for the tip, Mike. I have a hard time finding the F11 key without looking, though.

Hey Marc, good to see that you are enjoying your mac. I didn't know about the dragging folders into the terminal. Good tip. Have you ever used the apple mouse (mighty mouse)? It has it's own little button on the side of the mouse that can be set to show the desktop, bring up expose, etc... It's even more useful than flicking the cursor to a corner of the screen. Technically you don't have to have the mighty mouse to do this. I used my regular wireless mouse to do it too.
