Marc Grabanski

Marc Grabanski is a professional web developer out of Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is currently consulting during part of his week, leaving the rest of the week for developing his own web applications.

Technical Abilities

Marc's technical skills are focused towards user interface developer (JavaScript / CSS / HTML), but also spans across a wide range of technologies and skill-sets. He runs a blog titled, "Jack of All Trades Web Development" and is currently focusing on sharpening his skills with web application development. The technical skills section displays a brief outline of his professional abilities.

Experience

Marc recently moved to consulting from working for 2 years at RMG Connect Minneapolis. With RMG, Marc was able to work with fortune 100 companies including: 3M, Ford, UnitedHealth Group and HSBC. Some of his work experience can be found on the projects page.

Volunteer

Marc writes open source code for the general public. He is actively engaged with a front-end library called jQuery, and is known in the web development industry for his project, jQuery UI Datepicker. This project granted him the privilege to speak at jQuery Camp held on the Harvard University campus.

Marc is also involved with the CakePHP framework's development community. He was a speaker at the last CakePHP conference, CakeFest and is currently developing multiple web applications on CakePHP.
